Recovery Room Kawana Waters sits on level 1 of the Sports Hub in Bokarina, overlooking Lake Kawana, and has run since 2019. It offers a communal infrared sauna, hot plunge and ice bath contrast pools, Normatec compression and a mobility zone. A 20-minute communal infrared session or a 20-minute contrast pool session costs $29, and new clients can buy a 14-day unlimited pass for $99. Open weekdays 8 AM to 8 PM, weekends 8 AM to 6 PM.
