TLC Recovery

TLC Recovery is an athlete-owned recovery centre behind the ARB building on Sugar Road, Alexandra Headland. It has two infrared saunas: a large five-person communal cabin kept warm all day and a private three-person cabin with integrated red light. A wet area has a 38-degree hot magnesium pool, a 13 to 15 degree cold magnesium pool and a jet spa. A 30-minute communal infrared session is $25. Bring your own towel and swimwear.
