Description
The Sauna Guys is a sauna and cold plunge studio in Ybor City, Tampa, running 60-minute sessions that alternate between the sauna and cold plunge. Guests choose guided classes led by an instructor with rounds of heat, cold and breathwork, or open sauna sessions at their own pace. Drop-ins and credit packs are sold alongside no-contract memberships. Open Monday to Friday 5 to 8 PM and weekends 9 AM to 1 PM.
