O-Studio The Mount offers a traditional communal sauna, steam room, mineral pools and ice bath for NZ$39 drop-in admission. A private infrared sauna and ice-bath visit for up to two costs NZ$95. Visitors can book either option without a membership at its Totara Street wellness studio.
