Nuffield Health Telford is a fitness and wellbeing gym at Colliers Way in Old Park, a short drive from Telford Central station and junction 5 of the M54. Every membership includes the gym floor, a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and fitness classes. It opens 6:30am to 10pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm at weekends, and facilities close 30 minutes before closing.
