Description
Othership Adelaide runs guided sauna and ice bath sessions in the Fashion District. Its Western Red Cedar performance sauna reaches 85°C and is billed as Toronto's largest, with ice baths held between 0°C and 4°C. Sessions are facilitator-led rounds of heat, cold and breathwork, and self-guided free-flow visits are also sold. Guests bring a bathing suit; the space is barefoot beyond the changerooms. Private events are quoted individually.
