Description
Tucson Cold Plunge is an independent recovery centre on East Speedway Boulevard where one session includes unlimited use of everything under its roof: sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, compression therapy, red light and a Biomat. It is open daily from 7am to 8pm. One-hour recovery sessions come in 5-, 10- and 20-packs from $175, and unlimited membership is $200 a month. A second branch operates inside Continental Spa in Green Valley.
