Description
The Downtown YMCA on South Main Street is a branch of the YMCA of Greater Tulsa with two floors of strength and cardio equipment, group exercise studios, and a whirlpool and dry sauna for recovery. Access is through YMCA membership, which covers all Tulsa metro branches. Open Monday to Friday 5 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM.
