Tality Wellness Kitsilano

Tality's West Broadway location in Kitsilano runs a thirty-person traditional sauna at 85–90°C against a custom cold plunge held between 3 and 11°C, with indoor and outdoor lounges, private showers and change rooms, and unlimited kombucha and tea on tap. Drop-in community sessions are self-guided and shared, and private bookings are available. Open 8am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday and until 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Guests are told to bring a bathing suit.
