Aria Spa sits in the Athelis club complex on Apollo Park in Westbrook. Its four-hour Aria Thermal Journey covers a traditional sauna heated to over 100 degrees, an infrared sauna, two steam rooms (the eucalyptus Fire & Ice room at 52 degrees and the aromatic Zen room), a cold plunge, a rooftop infinity pool at 37ºC, a hydrotherapy pool and linked indoor and outdoor pools at 32ºC. The journey costs from £80 Monday to Thursday and £99 Friday to Sunday.
