KALM Studio

KALM Studio opened in August 2026 on North Henry Street in Alexandria's Braddock neighborhood and pairs contrast therapy with heated Pilates and yoga. Three private saunas and a communal sauna use infrared heat up to 149°F, and the cold plunge is kept at 48–55°F; guests cycle 10–15 minutes of heat with 1–3 minutes of cold. No membership is needed: a single contrast therapy session is $79 and a two-visit intro pass $89, with monthly memberships from $99.
