Village Gym Watford is the health club of the Village Hotel London Watford at Centennial Park in Elstree, about 6 km east of Watford town centre. Alongside the gym it has a 25-metre heated swimming pool, a spa pool, a sauna and a steam room, and the club lists a cold plunge among its recovery facilities. The gym opens 5am to 11pm Monday to Thursday, 5am to 10pm on Fridays and 7am to 9pm at weekends; access is by membership or gym pass.
