Description
William Penn Leisure Centre is an Everyone Active centre on Shepherds Lane in Mill End, Rickmansworth, about 7 km west of Watford town centre. It has a refurbished gym, a swimming pool, group fitness and cycling studios, a sports hall and an outdoor floodlit pitch, with a sauna in its health suite for use after a workout. The centre opens 6:30am to 10pm on weekdays, 7:30am to 7:30pm on Saturday and 7:30am to 8pm on Sunday.
