Description
The Wellness Institute at 1075 Leila Avenue is a medical fitness centre on the Seven Oaks General Hospital campus, with a gym, more than 120 weekly classes, a warm-water therapy pool, whirlpools and steam rooms in its deluxe locker rooms. Non-members aged 16+ can visit on a $20 drop-in, which covers the gym and locker rooms but not the pool. Open Monday to Thursday 5 AM to 11 PM, Friday 5 AM to 9 PM and weekends 7 AM to 7 PM.
