Fast Twitch Gym & Recovery

A group-fitness gym on North East Road in Klemzig with a sports recovery suite. It has an infrared sauna and a traditional Finnish sauna, an ice bath, magnesium baths, red light therapy and compression boots. Non-members can book single infrared sauna sessions of 30, 45 or 60 minutes or a two-hour recovery pass; members get unlimited suite access. Staffed afternoons on weekdays and mornings at weekends.
