Description
A Japanese-inspired sauna and recovery lounge on Henley Beach Road in Torrensville, opened in November 2025. It has a communal timber barrel sauna for up to six people at 90 to 95°C, private infrared sauna rooms for one or two, and mineral contrast baths pairing a cold mineral plunge with a warm mineral bath. Sessions run 25 minutes; contrast baths cost $27. Open early mornings and from 3:30pm on weekdays, and 8am to 6pm at weekends.
