The Salt Cave

The Salt Cave is an independent wellness studio on Wyoming Boulevard NE that pairs a Himalayan salt cave and salt room with a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna with light therapy, and a cold plunge. Sessions are booked individually: a 20-minute traditional sauna is $37.71, a 35-minute sauna and cold plunge contrast session $48.49, and a private infrared session for two $75.42. Open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and weekends 10am to 4pm.
