Molenhoeve
Molenhoeve is a sauna and wellness resort in Broechem (Ranst), east of Antwerp, set in a 10,000 m² garden. Its heat rooms include a two-level loft sauna where saunameesters pour daily opgiet (Aufguss) sessions, a Finnish log cabin, a dry sauna, a eucalyptus-mint sauna, a salt sauna, infrared and a steam bath, with heated indoor and outdoor pools, a cold outdoor pool and two jacuzzis. Swimwear is only allowed on its swimwear days. Closed Tuesdays; a day ticket costs €39 and booking is required.

Sportoase Veldstraat is a city swimming and bathing centre in central Antwerp with a 33-metre pool, a bathhouse and a hammam. The bathhouse moves between warm and cold baths: a jacuzzi, herbal baths, a hot bath up to 42°C, a cold plunge, a small pool and a rest room, booked in time slots. There is no dry sauna. Both areas admit visitors from 16, and Monday and Thursday are women-only in the bathhouse. The bathhouse opens weekdays 13:00–22:00 and weekends 12:00–18:00.

A compact wellness zone in the leisure pool area has a Finnish sauna, a steam room and a whirlpool, included in the leisure pool ticket (€10.50 for a non-resident adult); the fitness club has separate saunas in its changing rooms for members. The leisure pool and wellness open 8:00–22:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8:00–18:00 at weekends.
