Do Not Disturb is a private sauna and cold plunge studio inside Ponce City Market, developed by professional athletes and brothers Brandon and Bradley Chubb. Each private contrast room holds a dry sauna, a cold plunge and a shower, and guests book 25- or 50-minute blocks: a 25-minute private sauna with cold plunge starts at $45 and 50-minute contrast therapy at $60. Red light therapy, IV hydration and massage are also on the menu. Open Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM.
