Hammam & Spa Oktogon
An oriental hammam set in the Oktogon, the eight-sided shell of a 19th-century gas holder below the Bundeshaus terrace, spread over four floors: changing rooms, a wet floor with the hammam, steam and cleansing rooms (two reserved for women), a quiet floor with bistro and a treatment floor. Guests wear the traditional pestemal. The hammam ritual costs CHF 53, entry from age 16. It reopened on 17 October 2026 after renovation; Monday is a day of silence.
Wislepark Wellness
The 450 m² wellness area of the Wislepark sports centre in Worb, east of Bern, with a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam bath, a plunge pool, foot baths and rest rooms, plus an oriental hammam that can be booked as a private spa. It is a mixed nude zone, except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which are split into women's and men's sessions. Day entry is CHF 28 with no time limit, from age 18.
