Rise + Refine Hot Yoga

Rise + Refine is a hot yoga studio on Old Town Road in Vestavia Hills with a separate Light + Salt Room for recovery. Thirty-minute sessions let guests move freely between an infrared sauna and a halotherapy salt room, with red light therapy and massage chairs included; in-room massage is offered on select days. The room can also be booked for private group 'Salt + Sauna Socials'. Appointments are limited and book up quickly.
