Well is a wellness and physical-therapy studio on Cahaba Road in Mountain Brook. Alongside massage, facials and hyperbaric oxygen, it offers private infrared sauna sessions at 120–150°F, a cold plunge and a hot-and-cold contrast service in a private contrast room with shower. Infrared sauna sessions cost $30–$100 and hot-and-cold therapy $60, booked individually or through membership.
