The Grove Fitness Club & Spa occupies the fifth floor of The Grove Hotel in downtown Boise, with views over downtown and the foothills. Its 12,000 square feet of workout space come with a lap pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna and steam room, men's and women's locker rooms and towel service, alongside massage and esthetic treatments. Non-guests can book a spa pass through ResortPass. The gym opens 5 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 10 PM at weekends.
