Hotel Messmer has a small wellness area with a traditional sauna, a sanarium and a relaxation space in central Bregenz. Its current FAQ explicitly welcomes people who are not staying at the hotel to use the sauna for a separate fee. The venue is near the lakeside and city centre, making it a simple standalone sauna visit rather than an overnight package.
