Die Sauna im Viertel
Die Sauna im Viertel is a small independent sauna in Bremen's Ostertor quarter with one traditional Finnish sauna at 75 to 90°C. Infusions with pure essential oils are poured hourly, matched to the guests rather than a fixed plan. There is a silent relaxation room and a garden with a pond and beach chairs where guests rub down with snow in winter. Wednesday and Friday daytime are women only. A day ticket costs €16, cash only, and the sauna can be hired privately.

Badehaus Bremen is a day spa next to the main station that pairs massage with a small 'Open Spa': a hot Finnish sauna and a mild hammam-style steam bath, booked in fixed time slots for women-only, mixed or baby-hammam sessions.
