Infinit Maximus
Infinit Maximus is the largest wellness complex in Brno, set in woodland by the Brno reservoir next to the Maximus Resort hotel. Its sauna world has twelve themed saunas from 40 to 110 °C, including a sauna on the lake, a cave sanctuary, the Vulcano, salt, honey and citrus saunas and two steam cabins, with daily sauna ceremonies, indoor and outdoor thermal pools, ice pools, a Kneipp bath and a natural bathing pond. Basic entry is 870 CZK.

Saunia's second Brno sauna world is in the Campus Square shopping centre in Bohunice, next to the university campus and hospital. Its 720 square metres hold five saunas, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a sauna with steam bursts, a salt sauna and a tropical sauna, with a cooling pool, ice well, buckets and mist showers. Entry is not time-limited, includes a towel and sheet and four hours of free parking, with daily sauna ceremonies. Open daily from 9:00 to 23:00.

Saunia's sauna world in the OC Letmo shopping centre opposite Brno's main railway station covers 1,100 square metres with five saunas: a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a sauna with steam bursts, a salt sauna and a tropical sauna, plus four ways to cool down, including a cooling pool and an ice well. Entry is not time-limited, a towel and sheet are included, and sauna ceremonies run through the day. Open daily from 9:00 to 23:00.

The sauna world at the Kraví hora sports and recreation area has seven saunas, including a main sauna, a Finnish sauna, an aroma sauna, a salt sauna, a steam sauna and two panoramic rooftop saunas with views over Brno. There are indoor and outdoor cooling pools, a rooftop whirlpool, a Kneipp path and a lounge with a fireplace, with room for 80 visitors. Entry is 340 to 420 CZK depending on the day and time.

Wellness Centrum 4Comfort in Brno-Obřany has six kinds of sauna, from Finnish saunas through a steam bath and a salt bath to outdoor sauna cabins, with regular sauna rituals led by experienced sauna masters, cooling pools, experience showers, outdoor terraces and a covered pool. EFI SPA Hotel's wellness centre in central Brno is open to hotel guests and the public. It has a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna, a whirlpool for six, sauna rituals, and a three-storey relaxation area in the hotel tower with a sunny terrace. Public entry is 420 CZK for three hours, daily from 10:00 to 22:00; on some sanitation days it opens at 15:00.
