Gafarov SPA, a few blocks from Plaza de Mayo, bills itself as the first Russian banya in Buenos Aires. It has a steam room and a hammam, separate men's and women's sections, parenie steaming with oak or laurel veniks, an ice-water plunge pool, a pool and a bar-restaurant with a terrace on the second floor. Open 12:00 to 22:00 except Wednesday, when the whole complex is hired privately for up to 20 people at USD 200 an hour. Venik steaming costs from USD 40.
