Elements Spa is the spa of Médano Hotel & Spa in downtown Cabo San Lucas, two blocks from the marina and Médano Beach. Its wet area has a steam room, a cold plunge, a hot tub and private showers, and non-guests can buy spa treatments with spa access through ResortPass. The hotel also runs the Baja Fitness gym.
