The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa

The spa at The Twelve Apostles Hotel on Victoria Road, between Camps Bay and Llandudno, has an infrared sauna with a cool plunge, a Rasul chamber and a hydrotherapy pool alongside its treatment rooms and a gym. The current wellness package starts with 15 minutes in the infrared sauna and a cool plunge before a massage and facial. Visitors can use the spa pools and tranquillity lounge with a treatment booking of R1,450 or more per person, daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.
