Each 40-minute session takes place in a private suite that pairs full-spectrum infrared light with red, green and blue light therapy and chromotherapy. Sessions are sold in five- and ten-visit packages from $209, or on monthly memberships at $109 for four sessions, $149 for eight and $179 unlimited.
