Description
The Dowd YMCA on East Morehead Street is the YMCA of Greater Charlotte's uptown centre, with an indoor pool, group exercise, CrossFit, pilates reformer and an indoor track. Its Men's and Women's Health Centers add saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs alongside private workout areas, and free towels are provided. Membership covers 14 centres and 27 pools. It opens at 5 AM on weekdays and closes at 11 PM Monday to Thursday.
