TruMotion Therapy

TruMotion Therapy on Pineville-Matthews Road runs a private recovery room pairing an infrared sauna with a cold plunge tub for contrast therapy. No chiropractic appointment is needed and visitors do not have to be existing patients. A 45-minute sauna and cold plunge session costs $55, sauna only is $30 for 30 minutes, cold plunge only $25, and an intro session $35. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
