Pause Studio Arboretum is a recovery studio near the Arboretum Shopping Centre on Providence Road, offering private full-spectrum infrared sauna suites in 30- or 60-minute sessions, plus float tanks, cryotherapy and compression. Its contrast therapy alternates between the infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Single sessions can be booked without joining, and credit-based memberships run from $79 to $449 a month.
