Reflections Health & Leisure

Reflections is a family-friendly members' leisure centre in the grounds of Pontlands Park in Great Baddow that also sells day passes. It has a sauna, a steam room, a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool kept at 28-30°C all year, two jacuzzis (one outdoors on the sun terrace), a small fitness room and a café bar. It is not a spa: there are no treatments and towels and robes are not provided. It closes for maintenance in early spring and early autumn.
