Description
Immersion is a contrast-therapy studio in Hyde Park, on the first floor of the Hyde Park Medical Arts Building, founded by three University of Cincinnati alumni. It has a cedar traditional sauna that reaches up to 190°F, an infrared sauna and three cold plunges set at different temperatures. It is a shared space limited to four bookings per half hour; sessions run 60 minutes and a single session costs $39. Open Mon-Fri 5am-8pm, Sat 6am-2pm.
