Aquaticum Mediterrán Élményfürdő – Szaunacentrum
The Szaunacentrum is a smaller sauna area inside the Aquaticum Mediterranean adventure bath in Debrecen's Nagyerdő park, separate from the larger Sauna World in the thermal bath. It has two Finnish saunas (80-85 °C and 90 °C), two steam rooms, a two-person infrared cabin and a cooled plunge pool kept at 25 °C. It is closed Monday to Wednesday and opens Thursday and Friday 16:00-19:30 and weekends 12:00-19:30, with daily hours during school holidays.
Aquaticum Szaunavilág
The Szaunavilág is the sauna area of the Aquaticum Termálfürdő, the thermal bath in Debrecen's Nagyerdő park. It holds a 95-100 °C master sauna, a 100 °C Stollen sauna, two steam rooms, an infrared sauna, a tepidarium, an ice well, a 13-15 °C plunge pool and Kneipp basins. Sauna masters run 15-minute infusions daily (800 Ft each), and from 16:00 on set Thursdays it is women only. Saunas are used without swimwear, in a sheet or towel. Open weekdays 14:00-20:30, weekends 8:00-20:30.
Erdőspuszta Club Hotel Wellness
Erdőspuszta Club Hotel sits in a pine forest on the south-eastern edge of Debrecen, and its wellness centre sells day tickets to non-residents. The sauna area has a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna with a plunge pool, a steam bath, adventure showers and an ice well, and in winter a traditional wood-fired outdoor Finnish sauna house. A 12,000 Ft ticket includes a 6,000 Ft restaurant voucher; outside guests book by phone first. Open daily 8:00-20:00, saunas close at 19:45.

The five-star Hotel Divinus on the edge of the Nagyerdő forest has a wellness area of almost 1,000 m² that sells daily tickets. It has a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a light and aromatherapy steam cabin, a plunge pool, two jacuzzis, a warm relaxation pool and a two-lane pool, plus a fitness room. A day ticket costs 6,500 Ft Monday to Friday morning and 7,000 Ft from Friday afternoon to Sunday. Open weekdays 11:00-21:00, weekends and holidays 9:00-21:00.

Corpus Fitness is a 24-hour gym on Oláh Gábor utca, running since 1996 across 1,500 m² on two floors with TechnoGym machines, free-weight and functional rooms and an aerobics studio. It has an infrared sauna for recovery that can be used with a membership or a separate ticket, 2,490 Ft for a single session, and offers massage. A gym day ticket costs 4,490 Ft. Open every day of the year, around the clock.
