Schwimmsportkomplex Freiberger Platz Saunalandschaft

The sauna landscape at the Schwimmsportkomplex Freiberger Platz, a municipal pool near the Altstadt, has a Finnish sauna at up to 90 °C with an Aufguss every hour, a steam bath, a sanarium at 55 to 65 °C and a garden-house sauna in one of its outdoor sauna gardens. Guests cool off with crushed ice from an ice fountain, a plunge pool and a Kneipp path. Thursday is ladies' sauna day; a two-hour ticket costs EUR 20 including the pool.
