BergSpa is the spa of Hotel Die Halde, an old Black Forest farmhouse hotel at 1,147 m on the Schauinsland above Freiburg. Day-spa and night-spa guests who reserve ahead can use its Finnish sauna and Aufguss sauna at 85 °C, a 60 °C herbal bio sauna, a herbal steam bath, a Kneipp area, a 28 °C panoramic indoor pool and a natural bathing pond. Guest numbers are limited and day-spa bookings are for adults without children.

It has five saunas: a 70 °C herbal sauna, a 50 °C infrared cabin, an 85 °C Finnish sauna with self-service infusions, a 60 °C steam bath and a 65 °C textile sauna, plus a salt room and a 25 m outdoor steel pool heated to 29 °C all year.
