Maré Spa, Belmond Reid's Palace

Maré Spa is the renewed spa of Belmond Reid's Palace, the clifftop hotel above Funchal bay on Estrada Monumental. It draws on the sea and Madeira's native botanicals for its treatments and has five treatment rooms, a couples' room, a sauna, a steam room, a solarium and separate changing facilities for men and women. It is open 10:00 to 19:00, with the last treatment at 18:00; the site asks visitors to contact the spa to book.
