Serenity Spa is on the ground floor of Hotel Riverton by the Göta älv river. It has three saunas, a traditional dry sauna at 70–80°C overlooking the pool, an aromatherapy sauna and a hammam steam room, plus a 37°C indoor pool under marble arches, experience showers and heated loungers. Non-guests can book day spa from 595 SEK, Sunday to Thursday, by email. Swimwear is required and the minimum age is 18, or 16 with a guardian.

Upper House Spa occupies the 19th floor of Gothia Towers at Korsvägen. Four saunas, two dry saunas with city views and two steam rooms beside the hammam, sit alongside three pools, including a free-hanging outdoor glass-bottomed pool, and experience showers. Day visitors are welcome by booking, with spa packages from 595 SEK. The minimum age is 18, or 15 with a guardian; hotel guests have spa entry included.
