Description
Balance by Brooks Recovery & Wellness is a recovery studio in Summerfield, the town bordering Greensboro to the north, run by registered nurse Michele Brooks. It offers an infrared sauna with chromotherapy lighting, a cold plunge, contrast therapy sessions that alternate the two, salt therapy, red light and compression boots. Individual sessions can be booked without a membership, and a first recovery visit costs $39. It opens 8 AM to 9 PM Monday to Friday.
