Description
Sonder Mind and Body is a downtown float and sauna studio on South Elm Street with a 3-Wave full-spectrum infrared sauna and a traditional Finnish sauna, each in a private cabin suite with its own shower. A single 30-minute sauna session costs $49, and contrast therapy pairs the 185°F traditional sauna with a 45°F polar tub for $69. It opens 8 AM to 8 PM Tuesday and Wednesday, to 10 PM Thursday to Sunday, and is closed Mondays.
