Aqua Experience
Aqua Experience is a private 250 m² aquatic centre in Seyssinet-Pariset, on the western edge of Grenoble, with a heated pool for aquagym and aquabike, a Pilates and yoga studio and a small spa with an 85°C sauna lined in aspen, a 45°C marble hammam and a tea room. Spa sessions take groups of four at most, at €23 for 1 hour 30 minutes. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:30.
Les Bains de Chamrousse
Les Bains de Chamrousse is a 400 m² spa at 1,650 m altitude at the foot of the Recoin ski slopes in Chamrousse, above Grenoble. It has a 30°C pool with mountain views, two whirlpool baths, a hammam and two natural-wood saunas at 90-100°C, plus massage rooms and a tea lounge. Two hours cost €38; swimwear is compulsory and swim shorts are not allowed. Closed on Tuesdays.
Les Thermes du Sultan 100% Féminin & Kids
The second site of Les Thermes du Sultan in Saint-Égrève, at 17 rue Marcel Paul, runs two spas in one building on alternate days. Outside school holidays it is women only (from age 13) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and a family spa for adults with children from age three on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Facilities include a heated pool, a balneo pool, a salt-stone sauna, an infrared sauna, a hammam and an outdoor swim spa. Adult entry is €35; booking and swimwear are required.
Millésime Spa
Millésime Spa is a 350 m² day spa in Saint-Ismier, a few minutes from Grenoble, with views of the Belledonne range. Its Aquasens area has an 85°C sauna, a 45°C hammam, a multisensory shower, a heated play pool at 30-31°C and a tea room, with a private duo balneo room on the side. It opens daily by booking, 10:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday and 13:00 to 17:00 on Sunday, and can be privatised for up to 15 people.
Spa Thermal d'Uriage
The Spa Thermal of the Uriage thermal centre, in the spa village of Uriage-les-Bains south-east of Grenoble, is fed by Uriage thermal water. Two hours in its wellness area cost €35 and include an indoor-outdoor thermal pool heated to 33°C, an indoor sauna, an outdoor sauna, a hammam, a nine-seat outdoor jacuzzi, a solarium garden and a rest room with park views. Visitors must be over 16. Open daily 8:00 to 19:00.
