Nature Folk

Nature Folk is a bathhouse in the former Dartmouth City Hall on the Dartmouth waterfront, steps from the Alderney ferry terminal. Its two-hour thermal circuit ($75 before tax, or $55 for one hour) has two large Finnish saunas, a cold plunge pool, a warm pool and a ritual corner with salt scrub and mud mask. Four private infrared sauna rooms are booked separately from $45. Guests bring a bathing suit, and the circuit is kept silent except on Fridays and Saturdays.
