Description

Innerstebad is the town pool of Sarstedt, south of Hannover, with an indoor pool, a slide, an outdoor pool in summer and a sauna area on two levels. It has five heat rooms: a 90 °C Finnish sauna, an outdoor log-cabin sauna at 90 °C with hourly Aufguss infusions, a bio sauna, a steam bath and a brine inhalation room. Cooling is a 10 °C plunge pool, an ice fountain and a bucket shower. Sauna entry is €16; Wednesday is ladies' day and Monday and Tuesday it is closed in winter.
