Stadionbad

The Stadionbad, built in 1972 in Hannover's Sportpark beside the stadium, is the city's 50-metre competition pool with a 10-metre diving tower. Its municipal sauna area has a Finnish sauna at 90 °C, a cold plunge pool, an ice machine and a rest room. Sessions are mixed on most days, men only on Tuesday and women only on Thursday, and the sauna is closed on Saturday. A single sauna ticket costs €13.50.
