The Europäischer Hof hotel opens its rooftop Panorama Spa to external visitors with a day spa ticket. Guests can use a Finnish sauna, colour-light Sanarium and steam bath, alongside a swimming pool and sun terrace overlooking Heidelberg. The sauna area is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00, and the pool from 09:00. Hourly and longer membership options are also offered.

Vista Spa at Villa Toskana in Leimen welcomes day guests aged 16 and over. Its three heat rooms are a 90°C Finnish sauna, 65°C herbal sauna and 45°C steam bath; an ice fountain provides cooling. The complex also has a 20-metre rooftop infinity pool. Hours are 14:00–21:00 Monday–Wednesday and 10:00–20:00 Thursday–Sunday. Day guest four-hour tickets start at €59.
