Coastal Fitness Dream Room

The Dream Room is the recovery room of Coastal Fitness, a CrossFit, Hyrox and personal training gym in Victoria Centre on Watson Road, North Point. Bookable 30-minute sessions pair a sauna with an ice bath, and the gym posts suggested hot and cold protocols for different times of day. The room is open to non-members at HK$295 a session or HK$2,500 for ten, paid in full when booking, with a two-hour cancellation policy.
