Conrad Hong Kong Health Club

The health club of Conrad Hong Kong at Pacific Place in Admiralty sells day passes to non-residents: one day's access to the sauna and steam room together with the gym, the swimming pool, or both. Gym, sauna and steam open daily 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM and the pool 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Passes are bought from the hotel's online shop and must be reserved by phone or email at least 48 hours before the visit.
