The Ice Bath Club Kennedy Town

The Hong Kong branch of The Ice Bath Club, which began in Singapore, on Belcher's Street in Kennedy Town. A social sauna of aromatic woods with open rock beds holds about 90 °C, beside large communal ice baths kept at 3–10 °C, a hot magnesium salt bath and a café. No booking is needed: a single pass costs HK$350, or HK$275 off-peak on weekdays 10 AM – 5 PM, with towels, lockers and swimmers included. Open daily 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
